Jim Clark is the President and CEO of Boys and Girls Club of America with each smaller location having their own leadership.

The Discourse in this community takes place in person at BGC locations as well as on BGC websites, through emails, and texts.
Engagement
This DC tends to be incredibly welcoming to new members partically because we all share the same passion for helping kids.
Challenges
There are a couple of challenges that come with this DC. First, understanding all the different programs and related lingo, second would be having some background knowledge on Child Development.
Goals
- Create enriching programs to help students learn and grow
- Find alternative ways to present activities to best meet student needs
- Create a fun and safe enviornment for students
